I started giving your product to my 5yo son that has Non Verbal Autism over the summer after a family friend suggested it. I am a holistic RN. I have seen the positive results of CBD oil on others, but never used it. I suffer from anxiety and issues with sleep–since using FOHCBD my sleep has greatly improved, the constant buzzing and anxiety has lessened to a tolerable level! I suffered an ATV accident with resulting deep muscle pain, and FOHCBD took pain levels at 8-9 down to 2-3. I started with another company, small amount and it seemed to help me sleep after a week, however much more expensive and only 500mg! Much smaller amount as well. I live in a state (Arkansas) where the vets avoid any discussion of cbd as of yet, even if they tell me the info is available online, hint hint. My current experience: my elderly Bassett Hound, Shortcake, recently developed congestive heart problems, indicated in her breathing. One vet gave me a diuretic to use, which helped a little, then her breathing suddenly became very distressed. Another vet (couldn’t get in with the first) put her on a bronchial dilator 2 pills twice a day immediately. The side effect was very bad nausea. She became unable to keep down water, no interest in food and very stressed and angry when I tried to give her pills. None of the tricks worked to take meds and I went back and got a different, less quick acting but not nausea causing, med – albuterol liquid. Her breathing was becoming very distressed and she was impossible to get a pill down. Went to the health food store and got cbd. Immediately she was calmer, 60 lbs gave her 2 – 3 drops. Less stressed when I buttered the pills and gave them, and licks the albuterol without argument. She had a very bad night first before the medicine had enough time to start working on her heart and breathing, but at least she wasn’t frantic or anxious. If she had passed, at least she wouldn’t have gone with anxiety and fear. As it is, she is lethargic today as I have given her a little more than I probably ought to have, 3 times during the night and morning, but her breathing is beginning to improve. I hope to see her appetite improve soon as well. As I was unable to find anyone sharing a similar experience elsewhere in detail, I hope this is informational for someone else.

I bought this to help with sleep, less then a week later I fell and fractured my shoulder and needed surgery with a plate and 10 screws. I was told the pain would be unbearable. I took my CBD and the pain level has been much lower! To be honest I truly believe it’s both answered prayer from a strong faith community and the FOH oil! I started with 25ml twice a day. I have had less pain meds and will stop altogether on this week anniversary. I will experiment with the dosage, so far, I am thrilled with this product. I just recently started to take for anxiety and also Spinal Stenosis pain. I am up to five drops in AM and five before bed. It has helped with anxiety a great deal. I feel it could be some better for pain. Not sure if I should up it to six drops 2x, or go to the first line on dropper which is 25 ml ?

I’ve tried other brands of CBD oil but think FOH has the best quality and consistency as measured by sight and taste. As far as effectiveness for pain management (lumbar back) and sleep, the effects for me are subtle but perceptible. I’m not sure if it’s only a placebo effect, but heck, I’ll take it.
